Fritz Vanlerberghe is drying chicory roots since 1974. He is already the 5th generation.  In 2008, the family business moved 100%  into Organic Chicory.

The company has contracts with recognized Organic Farmers.  The drying process is also audited as Organic on a yearly basis.  The finished product is 100% Organic Certified.

The Organic Chicory is still dried on a traditional, crafty way by blowing warm air through the ‘Ast’ where the product lies.
